About the Center of Innovation for Leaders

The Why:

We know that work and home are not separate leadership worlds—even if traditional thinking treats them that way.

The reality is that the same human being leads in both worlds.

And when leadership development focuses on only one side, half the system remains untouched.

We believe it is time to bridge the artificial divide between work and home.

Work asks for creativity, judgment, communication, courage, and our best thinking.

Home asks for exactly the same: creativity, judgment, communication, courage, and our best thinking.

Yet leadership development is still largely designed as if people lead only at work—for eight hours a day.

That is the gap. That is the blind spot.

Working parents are navigating two of the most demanding areas of life at the same time: career and family. They are leading 24 hours a day.
And many have never been taught how to lead themselves well in either world—let alone across both.

The issue is not simply a lack of skills.

It is whether people receive the right development to handle the realities they are actually living.

When they do not, capable people can become overloaded, reactive, disconnected, and pulled in too many directions.

What We Do

We develop leadership that works in real life—at work and at home.

We help organizations future-proof their workplace culture through leadership development for working parents, self-leadership training, and practical leadership programs designed for people already leading under pressure.

We develop the people already leading everywhere—at work, at home, and in life.

Our Method Starts With One Core Truth:

Our Method Starts With One Core Truth: You cannot lead others well if you’re not leading yourself.

Self-leadership is not a soft skill. It is the foundation for clear decisions, emotional regulation, communication, and leadership under pressure.

We work with working parents who are tired of splitting themselves in half — being one version at work, another at home.

People don’t want more theory.

They want real change, the one that is helpful and sticks. They want leadership that feels human, honest, and sustainable — everywhere they show up.

What Makes Us Different

We Develop Leaders at Work and at Home

Most leadership development focuses on how people lead in the workplace.

We go further.

We help people develop the self-leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, resilience, and decision-making they need to lead across both of the worlds that shape them most: work and home.

Because working parents are already leading in both.

That makes them one of the most overlooked leadership populations inside organizations.

Where others see “work-life balance,” we see an opportunity for leadership development for working parents.

We Don’t Just Teach Information — We Develop Capability

Leadership development should do more than create inspiration on Friday and fades by Monday.

$
Our training helps people recognize deeply rooted patterns, practice new responses, and update the way they think, communicate, decide, and lead.

Our frameworks are:

→ Experiential
→ Practical and immediately applicable

$
→ Grounded in adult development, emotional intelligence, and behavior science
→ Designed for leadership at work and at home
That’s why our work impacts people at work, at home, and within themselves.

Not for just three days. For good.

We fix the infrastructure beneath leadership performance

We Strengthen the Infrastructure Beneath Leadership Performance

We don’t just address symptoms like burnout or confidence We help people understand the patterns, pressures, behaviors, and habits underneath them.

We don’t just teach communication.

We help people communicate intentionally through conflict, overwhelm, and power dynamics—in ways that strengthen trust at work and at home.

We don’t just build skills for today.

We develop the inner capacity people need to think clearly, adapt, and lead through uncertainty and change.

Our multidimensional approach combines:

$
→ Self-leadership and inner capacity building
→ Adult development and behavior change
→ Emotional intelligence and communication
→ Future-of-work leadership strategy
So people don’t simply survive pressure and the many relentless changes.

They become better equipped to lead through it—with clarity, self-command, trust, and intention.

At work. At home. 24 hours a day.

Leadership is a responsibility.

And the truth is: if people cannot lead themselves well, pressure will lead them instead.

That shows up at work.

And it shows up at home.

The Truth

Emotional overload does not clock out. It compounds.

It follows people into meetings, conversations, decisions, teams, and living rooms.

Today’s workplaces are not struggling only because technology is moving faster or AI is changing the rules.

They are also struggling because people are overwhelmed—and too few have been taught how to lead themselves when pressure rises.

We’re here to change that.

The Founder:
Meet the Catalyst Behind the Work

Mooniek Seebregts is a Leadership Strategist, systems thinker, international trainer, and parent educator.

For more than two decades, she has worked with leaders, teams, organizations, and thousands of working parents around the world.

Through that work, Mooniek saw a pattern:

Leadership wasn’t breaking down because people lacked talent or knowledge.
It was breaking down because capable people were overloaded, reactive, and carrying pressures that traditional leadership development rarely addressed.

Mooniek is the creator of the Intentional Leadership Blueprint™ and the Intentional Parent Blueprint™—two frameworks designed to help working parents move from automatic reaction to intentional leadership, at work and at home.

What Makes Mooniek’s Leadership Training Different?

Most leadership training focuses on what leaders need to do.

Mooniek goes deeper into who is doing the leading.

She develops self-leadership, self-command, emotional intelligence, communication, and inner authority—so people can think clearly, regulate their responses, influence themselves before trying to influence others, and remain grounded when pressure rises.

Because leadership is not something you perform only in a meeting.

It shows up:

  • in difficult conversations
  • in fast-changing environments
  • in conflict and uncertainty
  • in parenting
  • at work and at home

The goal is not simply to become more impressive on paper. It is to become the kind of human being people trust and want to follow.

“It’s not about doing more. It’s about leading from who you actually are.” — Mooniek Seebregts
