Welcome to the Center of Innovation for Leaders (“we,” “our,” “us”). You agree to use our Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Use our content for malicious, harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activities

All content—including the Intentional Leadership Blueprint™, Intentional Parent Blueprint™, course materials, videos, guides, worksheets, and all leadership frameworks—is owned by the Center of Innovation for Leaders and protected under copyright and intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display our content without written permission.

3. Payments, Renewals & Refunds

Payments for programs, coaching, events, and digital products must be completed through our approved payment processors.
Refunds and cancellation terms are communicated at the time of purchase.
Coaching packages are non-transferable.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We provide tools, strategies, and support for leadership development and personal growth. However, individual results vary based on participation, context, and external factors. No outcomes are guaranteed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Actions you take based on our content or coaching

You use our Services at your own discretion and risk.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party tools such as payment processors, scheduling platforms, analytics providers, and email systems.
These providers have their own terms and privacy practices, which you’re responsible for reviewing.
